Stormtrooper grenadiers were specialized stormtroopers equipped with grenade launchers that fired[1] Class-A thermal detonators.[3] They wore a red pauldron and a black bandolier across their chest. Their armor's right shoulder plate featured a red symbol.[1] A stormtrooper grenadier was present during the Coyerti campaign on the jungle planet of the same name, where the Alliance to Restore the Republic's 61st Mobile Infantry attacked an Imperial scout post.[4]
