Stroh was a male Kel Dor Captain of the Galactic Republic living during the Galactic War. Following the Battle of Rishi, he was part of Satele Shan's force that traveled to Yavin 4 and established the anti-Revanite Yavin Coalition along with Imperial forces under Sith Lord Darth Marr. There Burr engaged in a conversation with Colonel Burr of the reconstituted Sith Empire, a man who under normal circumstances would be his enemy.[1]
