A surface battle between the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic.
Surface warfare,[1] also known as ground warfare,[2] was the use of infantry and armored cavalry to engage other similar units on solid ground.[1] Artillery was used to fire at surface targets.[3]
