Sy Snootles: Live! was the breakout concert residency of the Pa'lowick singer Sy Snootles on[2] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant[2] by 20 BBY.[1] It marked the first time she was the star of a show and not just a backup dancer.[2]
In 4 ABY,[4] when she was much older, Snootles kept a poster for the event in her room in the palace of[2] crime lord[3] Jabba the Hutt on the[2] Outer Rim planet[3] Tatooine. The poster depicted a smiling Snootles basking in her fans' adoration. The show's title was printed in crimson, matching the lipstick she wore.[2] That year,[4] Snootles tore the poster off the wall and ripped it in half in anger after looking at it and being reminded of both Sy Snootles: Live! and her fleeting fame. She immediately regretted what she had done and stared at the remaining pieces of the poster.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Sy Snootles: Live! was mentioned on a poster in the short story "Satisfaction," written by Kristin Baver and released in 2023 as part of the anthology From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi.[2]
