The tach were a species of non-sentient primates found on the planet Kashyyyk. A harmless creature, the tach was characterized by its bright, reddish skin, fur that was white on the head^[1] and grayish-blue elsewhere, and long tail with a tassel-like tip. They walked on all fours, and their arms were longer than their legs.^[2]
