Taka Shier was a location with a native population that resided in hives. During the Galactic Empire's reign, squadrons of the Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, led by Major Soran Keize, burned the hives of the natives at Taka Shier. The 204th pilot Yrica Quell was present for the attack, and was later subjected to mental visions of the events by Force energies from a tower in the Cerberon system[1] around 5 ABY.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Taka Shier appeared through flashbacks in the 2020 novel Shadow Fall, the second installment of the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy which was written by Alexander Freed.[1]
