Tales of the Jedi is an audio drama adaptation of Tom Veitch's Tales of the Jedi: Knights of the Old Republic and Tales of the Jedi: The Freedon Nadd Uprising comics. It was adapted by John Whitman and was first released on cassette tape by Time Warner AudioBooks in 1995.[3] Later on May 5, 2005 it was released on compact disc by HighBridge Audio.[1]
Publisher's summary[]
"For over a thousand generations, the Jedi Knights were the most powerful, most respected force in the galaxy. . . The guardians of peace and justice in the Old Republic." With those words, Obi-Wan Kenobi hinted at the grand legend, the era of the Jedi Knights.
Follow the adventures of Ulic Qel-Droma and Nomi Sunrider, young Jedi Knights drawn into battle against the dark side, a battle that may decide the fate of the planet and the galaxy![3]
Continuity[]
The subplot with the raid against the Ithullan ore hauler, the capture of Finhead Stonebone, and mission to claim Nomi's Adegan crystals are not included in the story. Instead, these portions are replaced by some elements from The Freedon Nadd Uprising such as the Naddists's terrorist acts on Onderon and the Ketos's trip to Coruscant. Eventually it is Gudb who is sent again against Nomi instead of Finhead.
