Death[]

How do we know he escaped Jabbas sail barrage and lived?--AskinNakkLeVaar (talk) 21:42, November 23, 2015 (UTC)

Height[]

Hey ! The Databank entry of Bossk (StarWars-DatabankII Bossk in the Databank (backup link)) said that he is 2.06m. It's a conflict source with Star Wars Rebels: Rebel Journal by Ezra Bridger. Treejy (talk) 08:05, November 5, 2017 (UTC)

Last Shot[]

In Last Shot, there is an unnamed Trandoshan bounty hunter who is stated to use a mortar gun, and carry out work for the Empire, similar to Bossk. I doubt this is enough to confirm it's him, but I thought I'd point it out in case it needs to be mentioned, or something. Zed42 (talk) 09:39, February 23, 2019 (UTC)

Page move[]

I disagree that the page should have been moved. We don't have any evidence that Bossk himself used the name, its only used once by his sister, so it could well just be his birthname or whatever. Also the name contains Cradossk (Bossk's father), its no secret that Bossk doesn't like his father so I can't really imagine that he would stick with using Cradossk's name in his own and potentially shed that part from his name to go by just Bossk. Though this is not confirmed either, I mentioned this around the time of release on the discord server Lewisr (talk) 00:44, 8 June 2021 (UTC)

  • Bossk shows no ill will towards being addressed by this name, though to be fair he doesn't really respond much at all to it. While it's true that Bossk had little love for his father, he has introduced himself multiple times as "Bossk, son of Cradossk" (I suspect this actually translates in Dosh to Bossk'wassak'Cradossk, though that's only a guess). Going by our policy, it's his most formal name, and he's shown no signs of having shed it from his personality besides assumptions we make, so I believe the move was warranted. • Sure, but this is only how we're interpreting it. And I don't know how much stock should be put into the BF2 dialogue. There is still no real evidence that Bossk goes by that name at that time Lewisr (talk) 01:06, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
      • The evidence is his sister calls him that, and he doesn't tell her "That's not my name." We're gonna have to interpret it one way or another. If a source comes out saying he didn't consider this to be his name, than I'd be fine with changing it. But as of know we have nothing to say this wasn't his full name. RattsT (talk) 01:15, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
        • Disagree, but the decision was already made so we'll just have to wait and see what future sources say Lewisr (talk) 01:26, 8 June 2021 (UTC)

This "canon" page is so messy and definitely not canon[]

I don't know how this page is the "canon" one while the "Bossk" page is "legends" when this page mostly contains a LOT of text and references to comics, games and books that are definitely not canon. There's so much to sort out, remove, replace and recheck that it would be better if it was simply deleted and a proper canon page about Bossk was created in it's place without someones over-achieving addition of TL;DR texts which are irrelevant to a character that was introduced at the same time as Boba Fett in Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. As of now there is no proper canon page for Bossk. The "legends" one that is simply named "Bossk" is much better and more canon than this one that even includes iPhone games and other unsorted and jumbled references/links. Scyphe (talk) 23:27, 9 February 2022 (UTC+1)

  • Everything on this page is canon. This includes comics and video games that are in the canon continuity. The Legends page covers Bossk in the Legends continuity, where he was given a different history and didn't have the same full name, which is why it contains different information and has a different title.
