Isn't "DSD" and "dwarf spider droid" redundant? --SparqMan 18:04, 28 Dec 2005 (UTC)

  • Yes. Unless it can be shown that official sources really say "DSD dwarf spider droid," this should be moved to just "Dwarf spider droid." The same goes for the H-DSD article. JimRaynor55 18:07, 28 Dec 2005 (UTC)
  • I agree. There is no need for "DSD". Admiral J. Nebulax 20:44, 28 Dec 2005 (UTC)
    • Moved. -LtNOWIS 22:45, 5 Jan 2006 (UTC)
      • Thank you. Admiral J. Nebulax 22:45, 5 Jan 2006 (UTC)
        • The NEGD specifies the designation is "DSD1 dwarf spider droid". So we were almost right... - Kwenn 16:07, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

Galactic Empire?Edit

where does it say this droid was used by the empire? Unsigned comment by (talk • contribs).

2001 reference...Edit

I'm sorry, Dave.

Is it me, or does the photoreceptor of the DSD resemble HAL 9000's eye thing? I know it probably wasn't what the designers of the thing originally planned out, but that picture immediately brings HAL to mind. Unit 8311 18:18, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

After a thorough readthrough of this article I have not been able to find the out-of-universe material the header says that it contains. Anyone willing to run a double-check on that, or should I just take out the template? Gen. Grievous1138 (LOTR Mod Wiki Admin) comlink 00:23, September 9, 2016 (UTC)
