Hat throwin[]

I'd just like to point that his hat-throwing ability was also stated by Dave Filoni in San Diego ComicCon (7/31 ForceCast, 1:17:55). I don't know how to source such a thing in the article, so anyone more experienced is welcome to. Gry Sarth 15:50, September 7, 2009 (UTC)

Embo info[]

Since I see we're having another frivolous debate over the canonicity of as-of-yet-unreleased TCW information, I thought I would leave my two cents on the matter. In the past, we've considered international broadcast websites, like this one, to be "official" in order to justify our using their images. Which, when you think about it, makes sense, since all of the images they use are obviously LFL-produced. But I think using this site's text, such as in the case of character bio information, is a little different, only because I don't see anything that says "LFL" anywhere on the site. Now, obviously, the people who created this site have already seen the episodes they're going to air on their network, so they're not likely to feed us incorrect information. But, still, anyone can write biographical character information, and I see nothing that indicates any kind of official LFL endorsement, so I personally don't believe this should be considered a full canon source. At best, we should make note of what this site tells us in the BTS until the information is actually released in an episode. I welcome others' input on this matter, specifically those involved in this article's debate. Toprawa and Ralltiir 06:53, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

  • While the names (and images) themselves are most likely canon (though the names are not completely confirmed as such), I do agree that the biographical info doesn't have as much credibility without a reference to LFL. I therefore agree with Toprawa that they deserve Bts mentions, not assumptions that they are completely canon. CC7567 (talk) 07:08, January 28, 2010 (UTC)

I'd like someone to do a check on the commentary for the Bounty Hunters episode, when I watched it, it sounded to me like the crew didn't know Filoni voiced him. Just want someone to double check, I put in a little note about it for clarity. Luke Danger 01:06, April 9, 2010 (UTC)

Sugi?[]

Is there a source that he belonged to "Sugi's band of bounty hunters"? Other than the fact that they're both on the wanted posteres, I'm not sure there is any indication that they're related in any other way at all........ --Bonslywizard 23:09, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Does Sugi even have a band of bounty hunters at all?--Bonslywizard 23:11, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Embo's species[]

So, the official episode guide says that he's a Kyuzo, but both the Hong Kong broadcaster site and the Cartoon Network's Dataclip says that he's a Phatrong. We go for Kyuzo? Alexrd 09:40, April 3, 2010 (UTC)

  • The episode guide is very sloppy this time. We still don't know who Gwarm is and the farmers are named 'Felucians' ... --Sompeetalay 10:04, April 3, 2010 (UTC)
    • I know, tha'ts why I raised the question. There are two sources that say he is a Phatrong, and the episode guide (who writes Serapis a number of times, instead of Seripas) says he is a Kyuzo. Alexrd 10:37, April 3, 2010 (UTC)
      • Is a site directly affiliated with Lucasfilm less official than the website of an international broadcaster of the show? No, it isn't, and the episode guides always take precedence over everything else. CC7567 (talk) 18:57, April 3, 2010 (UTC)
        • Ok, calm down. I wouldn't have brought up the question if it wasn't doubtful. There are two affiliated sources with the series that says it otherwise, and all the information they get for the dataclips are from Lucasfilm. But I understand the priority given to the episode guide. Alexrd 10:36, April 5, 2010 (UTC)
          • Just to let you know Alexrd, the dataclip at CN has now been updated to reflect that his species is Kyuzo, matching the databank. - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 17:33, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
            • Kyuzo of course being another reference to Seven Samurai, the Kurosawa film this episode was based on. Kyuzo was the master swordsman and archer who spoke little unless it really mattered. An analog would be the character Britt played by James Coburn in The Magnificent Seven, also based off the Kurosawa movie. I don't know how to edit on Wookieepedia but I'd love it if someone could place this info in the main articles as a Behind the Scenes section. I thought it was rather cool to hear his species name when I only came here to confirm who the new LEGO minifigure was called Embo that looked like him. User:ophyjgjhnfn

killed[]

crimes against the republic[]

we don't know that it was just a poster on star wars .comDurrf9 18:10, April 26, 2010 (UTC)

he does it in season 3 if you pause it on the season 3 is comng trailer at the end he is there with a weequay

  • And that would mean what? You can't assume because he's standing with a Weequay that they're committing a crime. That's speciesist. And also against the standards and rules of this site.--Demos Traxen 22:19, August 10, 2010 (UTC)

Code of Honor[]

After he disarmed the pirate, he threw down his own weapon. If this is a code of honor of sorts, it should be in the articleGnost-Dural 18:08, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

Sphere of Influence[]

There's a Kyuzo in that episode, but do we know it's Embo? If we aren't told, then we have to assume it's any random Kyuzo Bounty Hunter (or put a (Possible appearance) tag on the episode appearance). Taloron hunter[]

I've not seen or heard anything confirming this, but I suspect that Embo's design was influenced by concept art that WEG used for the Taloron hunter. Just thought I'd put that out there for folks to keep eyes and ears open for possible BTS info about that. Medleystudios72 03:08, February 9, 2012 (UTC)
