Merge with Galactic WarEdit

So, I wanted to oppose the merge because this is different. At the very least, this conflict is a large chapter within the Galactic War and warrants an article itself. The war was declared by Arcann due to Valkorion's murder. Zakuul's citizens called it "Arcann's war" a number of times. The Galactic War is a dispute between Sith Empire and Republic, this ain't. • I disagree, personally. The Galactic War often involved third parties—the Hutt Cartel, the Dread Masters, and the Revanites, to name the big ones. The emergence of the Eternal Empire was yet another third faction's emergence (under Vitiate, no less), which brought an end to the existing conflict. This absolutely belongs in the Galactic War article, IMO. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 15:47, October 31, 2015 (UTC)
    • And yet a much smaller-scale and relatively insignificant conflict warrants an article. I don't see why this shouldn't have its own. As I said, imho, even if this is a chapter of the GW, it's worth an article of its own instead of a little section in the major one. Winterz (talk) 19:18, October 31, 2015 (UTC)
  • I'm a little late to the rodeo, but I semi-agree with this. I think we should keep this, but it should be under the Galactic War, because it is a particular campaign of that war. I don't know why it is considered to be a separate war that happened AFTER the Galactic War because it didn't. It was the catalyst that ENDED the war. Weirdo Guy (talk) 02:50, May 19, 2016 (UTC)

Date? Edit

Both this article and the Galactic War article state that the Eternal Empire conquest lasted for approximately one year. Playing through the expansion, I am yet to find anything to back this up, and I am at chapter 7, Lady of Sorrows. Lana Beniko claims in chapter 4 that "Coruscant and Dromund Kaas were blockaded by the end of the first year", indicating that it went for longer. Can anyone state a chapter for this information?--Jace Onasi (talk) 08:30, January 4, 2016 (UTC)

The image used in the infobox is clearly of the Eternal Empire raids, not Arcann's conquest. Yo.-User:Fan26 (Talk) 18:53, August 10, 2018 (UTC)
