Canon or non-canon?[]

Hi.

I was wondering, is this still considered non-Canon under the Legends continuity, or has it been upgraded to canon status? I'm only asking because it's apparently included in Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: Rise of the Sith Vol. 2, even though its non-canon status would technically have it be placed in one of the Epic Collections for the Infinities brand.
