Lightsaber skills Edit

Is there anyway her powers and abilities section can be split? With one section being her actual powers, another being her lightsaber skills, and the last one being other skills like her piloting and mechanical skills. jedi_master425 August 23, 2011

  • I agree that her powers and abilities section should be split. Most of the other characters like Jacen has their section spit. I would try but I don't think I have enough information to do it.

Another possible image Edit

The statue company Kotobukiya is releasing a Jaina Solo statue, and the box art has a cool image of Jaina in anime style. See it here. There's space in the article, so I thought I'd mention it! ~SavageBOB sig 23:22, November 1, 2011 (UTC)

Ailen Vel/Boba Fett Edit

It said in the article that Boba Fett was really Ailen Vel in disguise during the whole diversity alliance thing, but they have the story told from Boba Fett's point of view and he is still called Boba Fett.

Birth Edit

Which of the two Solo twins were born first, Jaina or Jacen? From what I can remeber from the Thrawn trilogy Jaina was born first, but other novels kinda imply that Jacen was born first.

  • This page is for discussing changes to the article, not answering questions about the subject. Please take this to the Knowledge Bank. NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 02:16, August 30, 2012 (UTC)
  • ^Although I agree with you this person's question could be taken as a possible change to the article. If it were to be added to the article it would improve the overall quality of it. The article's main point is to provide people with facts about the character, right? Basically the only thing this person did wrong is put it in the form of a question. They should have stated "I noticed her article doesn't state which of the Solo twins was born first. Shouldn't it be added?" Then it would have been discussing a change to the article. jedi_master425 September 4, 2012

Jaina was born first. GrandDuchess October 17, 2012

5.3 Factual correction Edit

Name Change to Jaina Fel Edit

Now that she is married, shouldn't the article name be changed to "Jaina Fel" now? Or at least include that name in bold at the very beginning of the article, and then later in the section about her wedding? 02:25, September 3, 2012 (UTC)

  • Until we have a source stating that she took his surname, absolutely not. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 02:26, September 3, 2012 (UTC)
    • Finally we announced what many of you have been waiting for: the next big series continuing the “flagship” EU storyline. It’s a trilogy! The series name is Sword of the Jedi, by Fate of the Jedi author Christie Golden. The focus will be on Jaina Solo (or perhaps we should say Jaina Solo Fel?) That is from SWCVI: Del Rey’s Star Wars Expanded Universe Jennifer Heddle's blog on Star Would that count as a source or would we need further confirmation. DarthRevan1173 Revan Headshot (Long live Lord Revan) 02:40, September 3, 2012 (UTC)
      • I'm not sure how policy would apply to that, but speaking from my own personal opinion I would say it isn't enough. The way I read that, it's a tongue-in-cheek in-the-know reference for fans rather than any kind of confirmation. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 03:01, September 3, 2012 (UTC)
        • That allusion to "Solo Fel" is definitely too vague and not worded directly enough to be treated as official. Wait till official material explicitly clarifies it. CC7567 (talk) 03:03, September 3, 2012 (UTC)

Protection Edit

Since this is a pretty damn long article, shouldn't it be semi-protected or something? I mean she's major enough to have a wikipedia page :P Commander Code-8 G'day, mate 06:04, February 4, 2013 (UTC)

Semi-protection is meant to be used as a response to persistent vandalism or other unhelpful edits, which this article has not experienced. It generally should not be used preemptively unless there is good reason to believe that the article will soon become a target for vandalism/speculation/etc. (e.g. some articles that deal with Episode VII), which is also not the case here. This article is move-protected, however, as move-protection is more liberally used on high-profile articles due to the much larger amount of damage that can be caused by pagemove vandalism. —MJ— Comlink 07:21, February 4, 2013 (UTC)

Is she an Empress? Edit

Since she married Jagged Fel who became Emperor of the Fel Empire, shouldn't she be his Empress and the Fel Empire be added to her affiliations?

It's most likely, but the story of Jagged's ascention to Emperor hasn't been told yet, so there is no mention anywhere in canon that Jaina will be his Empress. MrEvers (talk) 15:23, May 7, 2014 (UTC)
Nor will there ever be, since she, Jagged, Fel and everything are no longer canon. Alexsau1991 (talk page) 16:18, May 7, 2014 (UTC)

Height incorrect?Edit

Height is 1.49? Is that sourced? That would make her 4 foot 8 inches.

Apparently she is and the sources are incorrect.

Apparently writers mentioned her being a few inches shorter than Jagged Fel, so I guess gravity works by making everyone in the Star Wars universe fat, short and just midgets.

Thanks for re-adjusting the height back to midget status. #Thisiswhyyourenotreliablesource.

training with Boba Fett Edit

Since she trained with Boba Fett, should he be mentioned as one of her masters?

The Google result isn't pleasant about her. Edit

The search result for this page describes her as a 'Dog Female Jedi Master.' I know it doesn't on here, but I find that disgusting. --Pauldarklord (talk) 20:55, August 7, 2019 (UTC)

  • I don't think we have any control over that--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:04, August 7, 2019 (UTC)
