No way. That can only be videogame logic. It is an fact that the Resistance owned some of these. But we only see it duing star wars battlefront 2 gameplay. I have accuracy seen this "why not" logic in one of EA's other games before hand. In battlefeild 1 with the M1917 MG heavy machine gun. It's seems almost reasonable. But their is no way, one man could carry the M1917 MG heavy machine gun into battle. Does anyone disagree?
- The canon disagrees. While the missions themselves might not be canon the elements of the games - such as the M-45 being carryable - are canon. Unlike Battlefield, a series they completely own, they do not own the Star Wars IP and eveything they have done had to be run by the Story Group, right down to whether this weapon could be portable.
