Supreme CommanderEdit

Is Malik Carr ever a Supreme Commander? He isn't in AOC1, just a commander, and I haven't found him as a Supreme Commander in AOC2. But in The Unifying Force, Bhu Fath acts as though Malik Carr was a SC, and Carr himself complains how he was demoted—yet his rank on Selvaris (commander) appears to be the same as his old rank in AOC1 and AOC2. I wonder if Luceno cut some chapters out...If I get no response over the next few days, I'm going to assume he got promoted before the Battle of Fondor by Nas Choka and was then demoted following the destruction of half the fleet. Malik Carr's name derived from HBO's "The Wire"? Edit

Regarding the entry on Malik Carr (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Malik_Carr):

I noticed that this Star Wars universe character shares his name with a character from the HBO series "The Wire" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malik_Carr). Does anyone know if this is a coincidence? If not, which came first?

  • The Star Wars Malik Carr would seem to predate the Wire character, first appearing in 2000 as opposed to 2002. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 19:54, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
