Isn't Phoenix Home more appropriate as a title? Jaewade (talk) 23:04, June 21, 2015 (UTC)

  • Why would that be more appropriate when the Databank clearly identifies its name as Home Base? - Brandon Rhea(talk) 23:06, June 21, 2015 (UTC)
    • Because Home Base sounds like a name commonly given to a command ship. Phoenix Home sounds more identical. Just my thought, though. Jaewade (talk) 23:28, June 21, 2015 (UTC)
      • Fair enough thought, but right now we only know that Home Base is the name its been most prominently identified as. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 23:33, June 21, 2015 (UTC)

Phoenix Home Mk II Edit

In the last Rebels comic by Martin Fisher, the new Phoenix Home is a CR90 corvette. Should we make a different article or cover both ships in this one? --LelalMekha (talk) 11:26, February 25, 2016 (UTC)

  • Never mind. I realize this is the Liberator I was talking about. --LelalMekha (talk) 12:38, February 25, 2016 (UTC)

Actual nameEdit

To me, it looks like Phoenix Home is a callsign given to the command ship of Phoenix Squadron rather than an actual name. My reasoning is that Phoenix Home is also named as Phoenix Base, then the Liberator (CR90 corvette) is named Phoenix Home for a time, and then Phoenix Home (Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier) is also named Phoenix Nest. Given how all the Phoenix Home's have a different name, Phoenix Base, Liberator, Phoenix Nest, couldn't it be more likely that Phoenix Home is a callsign like Phoenix Leader or Red Leader that is variable, and changes from time to time?--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 17:37, October 22, 2017 (UTC)

  • The databank entry for Phoenix Home makes it pretty clear the ship is called Phoenix Home --Lewisr (talk) 17:40, October 22, 2017 (UTC)
    • Yeah, from what we can see it looks like this ship is called Phoenix Home and subsequent command vessels were given that as a callsign. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 17:42, October 22, 2017 (UTC)
