Questionable rarity[]
Does the E-11 blaster rifle not count as an actual rifle? I'm just wondering why all the Star Wars movies aren't listed as appearances for this apparently not-so-common weapon class. -BaronGrackle 10:52, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
- I'm going to rewrite this after the Revamp. It's borderline nonsense. – Brynn Alastayr 18:04, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- It's apparently technically a blaster carbine, though it's been called a rifle for so long and in so many sources that it's silly to call it otherwise. jSarek 05:52, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Star Wars Galaxies has both a rifle version and a carbine version. --Azizlight 06:01, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Incomplete list of appearances[]
Weather the E-11s that stormtroopers use is counted as a rifle or not, the first appearance of rifles is A New Hope, not Return of the jedi... They at least carried them when they went to attack the Falcon at the spaceport. (- -) 19:18, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
