Last name[]

Since Taila's fathers name is Oron Kira, wouldn't that make Talias full name Taila Kira? Redemption 20:19, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

  • Did Queen Galia take Kira as her last name? -- SFH
    • We don't know if she's their daughter or even a descendant. (I think she's too young to be a daughter, possibly a granddaughter.) - Sikon [Talk] 04:56, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
      • Since Galia would have been 67 in 3951 BBY, its kind of improbable that she and Oron Kira are the parents of Talia, though it is unknown what Talia's age is in the 3951 BBY since in the game she was called "Young and idealistic", if she is any younger than 27, it could be possible that she is the granddaughter of Talia and Oron. Though we are dealing with many variables, her age, when Galia had a child, it's not unheard of a woman in her forties having a child so it is entirely possible that she was Talia's mother, I think we should add this situation to a behind the scenes feature for Talia, Galia and Oron, just to be safe. Recent anon edit[]

I am unsure if his edits are canon:

"...[was] a direct descendant of Freedon Nadd..."

What? - TopAce 09:36, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Technically it's true, since the Onderon royal dynasty descended from Freedon Nadd. But I don't think it's that relevant. - Sikon [Talk] 09:43, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
    • It is true, there has been no entire killing of Nadd's family, so she and possibly Modin Kira the second are probably descendants of Nadd and will always be until knowledge of the entire family was killed off arrises, and seeing how Modon Kira the second has his name its improbable that the family line was killed off, just watered down. Succession[]

I tweaked the succession boxs to read "eventually," since we don't know for sure yet that she's galia and Oron's kid. User:SithPower

Oron Kira and Galia married in 4,002 BBY?[]

Reading through the article there's a mention of Oron Kira and Princess Galia maybe marrying in 4,002 BBY, maybe a little later. Shouldn't that be 4,000 BBY. Master Arca dispatched the brothers Ulic and Cay Qel-Droma and their fellow Jedi Tott Doneeta to Onderon in the first issue of the original Knights of the Old Republic, better known as Tales of the Jedi, which is set 4,000 BBY. Shortly after their arrival on planet, Galia is "kidnapped" by the Beast Riders. In reality she was part of the "kidnapping plot" as it was meant to allow her a way to arrive at the Kira stronghold in time for her marriage to Oron Kira. The three Jedi learned this after arriving at the stronghold to rescue her and were present for the wedding. - annonymous 8/30/06

Force Sensitive[]

After seeing her family history, isn't Talia force sensitive? On top of that, do you think that Kavar did more than advise her? (and no, I don't mean anything sexual, so no jokes) Jedi Wolf 7:02, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

Succession Year[]

According to Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Talia was the Queen during the year 3951 BBY, so shouldn't the year in the succession box be 3951 BBY and not c. 3951 BBY? DarthRevan1173 Revan Headshot (Long live Lord Revan) 17:26, October 11, 2012 (UTC)
