Are we sure the actor who played Theron Nett is Mauy Chaykin? This seems to be a mispelling of Maury Chaykin, who is not listed as appearing in ANH (credited or otherwise), and the name "Maury Chaykin" appears on Google only on SW-related sites. Veers 20:14, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

Just to add to the debate on who played Red 10, I found this article [1] which about 3/4 of the way down talks about who apparently played the part. According to the site, Jack Klaff (Red 4) told them it was an actor called Robert O' Mahoney. According to the commentary that Pablo Hidalgo did for Ep IV on Hyperspace there was an actor by that name who played a rebel pilot but it is not known exactly which. He also said that the name Mauy Chaykin does not appear in any production reports. I know that nobody'll want to change the article yet but it might be an idea to keep it in mind for future reference in case anything else comes to light. The actor who played Theron Nett definitely was Robert O'Mahoney - here is his imdb page: [2]. I have seen several of his films (you can also just do an image search for him) and this is definitely the same guy. "Mauy Chaykin" is definitely a misspelling of Maury Chaykin. I have no idea how that rumor started since Theron Nett does not remotely resemble Maury Chaykin. --Jmoore0905 20:04, May 7, 2011 (UTC)

Behind the ScenesEdit

Gil Viray has not been retconned as Red 12, at least not officially. There has yet to be any official source to confirm his name or callsign. --JMM 18:35, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

Red Twelve removal (to SillyDan)Edit

Actually, while I'm not sure the film says so in dialogue, going by the script from Behind the Magic, that other X-wing flying along with Red Leader and Red Ten in that particular scene is Red Twelve. Not Gil Viray, but the actual unnamed Red Twelve. --JMM 14:03, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

  • We may want to make an all-new Red Twelve page that does not redirect to Drifter, but still does mention him in Behind the Scenes. --JMM 14:06, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
    • I've made the above change myself. --JMM 15:02, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

Changing HeadsEdit

I looked and it seems like people don't notice this, does anyone notice that one mistake made in the movie is that Theron Nett's helmet changes in the shot were he dies?

  • The Behind the scenes section in this article does mention that. --JMM 04:34, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
