Article name[]

This article should be updated from Unidentified Padawan (Clone Wars) to Unidentified Jedi (Clone Wars). Only a third of the game takes place while you hold the rank of Padawan while the rest occurs while you are a Knight. Agent Cards <<Talk!>> 05:36, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

  • I'd say you have a good point, AC. If nobody else has any reasonable argument to the contrary, I'd be in favor of a move to "Unidentified Jedi (Clone Wars)", per your line of thought. Bella'Mia 05:53, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

It was changed to Unidentified Jedi Knight (Clone Wars), it should be Unidentified Jedi (Clone Wars), like you said. --User:Darkjedi55 (Comlink) 06:44, March 21, 2012 (UTC)

It should be changed to "Hero of Umbara", for it his title once he completes the Umbara challenges: http://cwa.wikia.com/wiki/Hero_of_Umbara

Game Updates[]

since the game now has Battle Classes shouldn't there be a page for an unknown Sith, Mercenary and Trooper as well. Unsigned comment by Superdadsuper (talk • contribs).

Image[]

Article is imageless, the player can wear anything really--not sure if we could ever get an image in, although if you want me to get the most common default character customization I can add that in... Arctrooper1077 (talk) 22:19, December 29, 2012 (UTC)

Jedi?[]

With the new battle classes, should there now be four canonical Clone Wars Adventures characters: Jedi, Trooper, Mercenary, and Dark Jedi? Or would we do as we did with Galaxies and just say "spacer?"--ARC Commander Colt (talk) 20:20, January 2, 2013 (UTC)

  • The canonical choice still seems to be the Jedi Knight, as I can't imagine any of the other classes being involved in "Republic Defender," "Lightsaber Duel," etc. The Battle Classes seem to be a simple modification to give more preference, but they don't seem to add anything to the story. CC7567 (talk) 20:28, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
    • Well, there are some games that don't fit a Jedi either, like Blaster Training, which would better fit trooper. Mercenary and Dark Jedi might be game mechanics, but I'd say at least trooper (for players who choose the clone for their species) and Jedi (for other species) would be canon, because a "clone Jedi" wouldn't fit but a "clone trooper" is logical.--ARC Commander Colt (talk) 02:04, January 4, 2013 (UTC)
    • I agree with Arc Commander. The Trooper would not have been in Lightsaber Duel Etc ,but their is also several places where The trooper could fit. Such as on the Battle of Umbara and the Skirmish on Carlac. Superdadsuper (talk) 16:35, February 2, 2013 (UTC)

Expand[]

I think this article should be majorly updated. Their is tons of information on this Jedi that could be written down. Also pages like the Battle of Umbara and several others need to be updated and have the things the Jedi did in those Battles updated. Superdadsuper (talk) 16:36, February 2, 2013 (UTC)

  • If you are so intent on doing so, you might need to take a look at the Manuel of style before further expansion, since your recent edits have fallen far below article standards. Bane7670 (talk) 01:00, February 5, 2013 (UTC)

Initiate before the Clone Wars?[]

  • Is it safe to assume that this Jedi was trained as an initiate at some point before the Clone Wars? The earliest point in the game that we can put a date on seems to be the Second Battle of Geonosis, which occurred in late 22 BBY according to the Official fact file part 8, so the game must start shortly after the First Battle of Geonosis. The player is referred to as a Padawan during the introduction, so unless something like the reborn Revan has happened here, then the player would have needed to have had at least a decade of prior training, and that they did not just get trained in a few weeks.--Jace Onasi (talk) 02:44, March 26, 2016 (UTC)
    • Following this, we would need to assume that Republic Gunship is only an in-universe arcade game, since it can be played throughout the game on arcade terminals. The introduction takes place as soon as the player enters the game for the first time, and the Clone Wars is clearly mentioned, so it would be impossible to go back in time and have the Padawan pilot a gunship during the First Battle of Geonosis.--Jace Onasi (talk) 03:26, March 26, 2016 (UTC)

hunting references[]

The article once refers to Occupa-tara Droids and once to Occupatura Droids. These terms exist nowhere on Wookieepedia except in this article, leading me to believe they're typos for something (especially since they're not even consistent with each other), but I'm not sure what.

Also, this article's Battle of Christophsis section refers to something called the Attack Cruiser Dauntless. My best guess is this refers to the Venator-class ship; although that ship's article says nothing about it being at the Battle of Christophsis, that may be an omission on its part. And none of the other Dauntless choices seem like possibilities. But this also might be a Dauntless that hasn't been catalogued yet, so I'd like to get input from someone familiar with the game. Thanks! Asithol (talk) 12:17, January 29, 2020 (UTC)

  • I played CWA all those years ago, so I might be able to help you out.
  • The article is making reference to Octuptarra magna tri-droids. It's possible that the game itself misspelt their name, which has created the confusion in this article.
  • I had a look for you at some YouTube videos, this one in particular, and the Dauntless is referred to as a Venator, so your guess is correct.--Jace Onasi (talk) 00:55, January 30, 2020 (UTC)
    • Thank you, Jace! Made the appropriate edits. Do you know if "Attack Cruiser" is in-game terminology for a starship type? It's only listed as the name of a minigame in the CWA article. Asithol (talk) 06:10, February 5, 2020 (UTC)
      • The reference to the "Attack Cruiser" is generic, I believe. The term could be used interchangeably with any other classification of military starship.--Jace Onasi (talk) 08:50, February 13, 2020 (UTC)
