Tammarians were a species from Tammar. Because of the relatively small atmosphere on Tammar, Tammarians possessed air sacks which would allow them to survive in vacuum for short periods. They also had intense fear of water, as Tammar was completely lacking in surface water. Ayddar Nylykerka was a Tammarian.
