The Tantive III ((pronounced /ˈtæntɪˌvi 'θri:/))[4] was the personal diplomatic cruiser of Senator Bail Organa of Alderaan[2] during the Clone Wars. Its captain was Raymus Antilles.[3] Unlike other ships of its class, the Tantive III had a small hangar, but it was large enough to fit a starfighter the size of Grievous's personal ship inside.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Tantive III first appeared in the 2005 film Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.[3]
