- "Try the Tatooine Sunset, one of Bakkar's signature srinks with a touch of desert peart."
- ―Eloc Throno
Tatooine Sunset was an alcoholic beverage made of fermented fruit. It was available at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, in the city of Mos Eisley, Tatooine.[2] In around 34 ABY,[source?] non-alcoholic Tatooine Sunsets were available for purchase at Ronto Roasters in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. The drink was suitable for human consumption[3] and named after the sunsets of the planet Tatooine.[4]
The Tatooine Sunset was one of the signature drinks of Bakkar, a butcher from Tatooine and the owner of Ronto Roaster's. Eloc Throno, the author of Traveler's Guide to Batuu recommended the drink with a touch of desert pear.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Tatooine Sunset was first mentioned in the 2015 reference book Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know.[2] The drink is available for guests to purchase at the Ronto Roasters food stall in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The menu's description reads, "Gold Peak unsweetened tea, Odwalla lemonade, melon, blueberry flavors."[source?]
