Terro was an Imperial stormtrooper captain active during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He was dispatched to Tatooine to locate Rebel survivors of a crash, as well as put down any uprisings. He commanded a cavalry division of Dewback troopers, and was particularly vicious in his pursuit.
