Biography[]
- "What we have are orders, Skulls. Don't have to like 'em. Just obey 'em."
"I'm good. Let the Sith take care of their own. What do I care?" - ―Gunn Yage and Tev Rimon
Tev Rimon,[2] also known by the call sign "Crasher," was a Human male[1] Imperial starfighter pilot during the time of Emperor Roan Fel. He was commanded by Gunn Yage as part of Skull Squadron[2] during the Second Imperial Civil War. In 137 ABY, the squadron flew as part of the Sith Empire ruled by the Dark Lord Darth Krayt.[1]
Rimon and the other pilots were stationed on the galactic capital of Coruscant when bounty hunter and former Jedi Cade Skywalker attempted to rescue the Bothan Jedi Knight Hosk Trey'lis from the Temple of the Sith. Given orders to capture Skywalker alive, Lieutenant Rimon and the Skulls engaged the former Jedi's starship, the Mynock, in the skies of the planet until Skywalker managed to lose his pursuers in the undercity. Rimon returned to Skull Squadron Hangar with his squadmates.[1]
Rimon flew against the Mynock once again when a group of Skywalker's allies, including the former Jedi's mother, Morrigan Corde, piloted the ship as they attempted to rescue Skywalker from the Sith Temple where he was being held captive. Just as the Skulls started to wear down the Mynock, they were given orders to abort the mission by Captain Yage's father, Moff Rulf Yage, to avoid violating the Sith's airspace.[4] Rimon later participated, along with the rest of the squadron, in the Operation: Thunderstroke.[5]
A year later, 138 ABY, Rimon fought in the Attack on the Hidden Temple,[6] where Skull Squadron was given orders to shoot down a Jedi shuttle. Captain Yage refused to shoot defenseless children and shot Darth Rauder instead.[3] Rimon complied with Yage's commands and joined the Empire-in-Exile to fight against the Sith on Coruscant.[7]
