Thar Lasan was a Gotal Loan shark working in the Corporate Sector. The criminal organization led by Lasan included Klatooinian mercenary Beatas. Around 5 BBY, Lasan died unexpectedly, probably due to some intervention by rival crimelord Ploovo Two-For-One. Lasan's organization was merged with Ploovo's.
