The Exchange was a semi-permanent business established by Thasca Knarr in one of the rooms of Exovar's Emporium. In addition to making money, Knarr planned to use The Exchange as a staging point for a mission to try and take over the Emporium to use as a base of operations for criminal activities.[1]
