The Last Jedi Adaptation 2 is the second issue of the six-part Marvel comic book miniseries Star Wars: The Last Jedi Adaptation, an adaptation of the film of the same name. The issue, released on May 23, 2018, is written by Gary Whitta, with art by Michael Walsh.

Plot summary[]

Episode VIII, Part II
THE LAST JEDI
The FIRST ORDER reigns after decimating
the Republic. Supreme Leader Snoke
deploys his legions to seize control of the
galaxy and crush General Leia Organa's
band of RESISTANCE fighters.

Leia has sent Rey to find Jedi Master Luke
Skywalker, hopeful that his return will
restore a spark of hope to the fight. But
Luke no longer believes in the Jedi
religion and refuses to leave his exile.

Meanwhile, the First Order has somehow
tracked the fleeing Resistance fleet
through hyperspace. Now Snoke's
conflicted apprentice, Kylo Ren, prepares
to crush the rebels once and for all....
