The New Emperor is a canceled LucasArts video game that was in production around 1998. The story would have taken place in the post-original trilogy Star Wars universe. After rumors appear that the Galactic Empire was to name a new Emperor, C-3PO would be sent as a spy. LucasArts planned on joining real actors and bluescreen technology for the story.
