Third Systems Army

The Third Systems Army was a unit of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. It was one of the 10 Systems Armies which comprised of the entirety of the Republic's clone forces.

The Third Systems Army contained units such as Parjai Squad, Ghost Company, the 2nd Airborne Company, the 442nd Siege Battalion, the 501st Legion, Squad Seven and the 7th Sky Corps.

High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi and Marshal Commander Cody were given overarching command of the units comprising the Third Systems Army, though individual units' day-to-day operations were still commanded by their respective Commanders and Jedi Generals.

The Third Systems Army was the most well-known systems army due to containing numerous elite clone units, such as the 501st Legion, the 212th Attack Battalion and Squad Seven. Units in the Third Systems Army were often deployed in major battles and invasions.
