Tibor was a male Kadas'sa'Nikto working for Lokaibus the Hutt living during the Galactic War. In 3637 BBY a shipment of beast delivered to the Hutt's Slavering Arenas was hijacked by the Nova Blades pirates above Rishi and Tibor was tasked with retrieving them.[1]
