Timer mine

A timer mine was an explosive mine that was originally designed to be deployed by mining droids for use in ore and spice mining. Activated by a timer, the mines were altered for military use and was used by both the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Specific models of timer mines included the 3HX3 timer mine manufactured by Conner Ship Systems.
