Tobias Menzies (born March 7, 1974) is an English stage, television and film actor who voices Tiber Saxon in Star Wars Rebels.[1]
Like Kevin McKidd and Ray Stevenson, who also played Mandalorians on Rebels, Menzies starred on HBO's Rome. Menzies has also played Jack and Frank Randall in the Outlander television series and Edmure Tully in HBO's Game of Thrones television series.
