"Great! We normally only do inner city work as that's where our special skills work best but this client was desperate enough to pay extra, so we will make an exception. The client wants protection while repairing some harvesters and he will meet you just outside town."
Peawp R'dawc, to a spacer[src]

Tobo was a male Nikto who lived on Tatooine during the Galactic Civil War. Around 1 ABY,[2] Tobo hired the services of the R'dawc Bodyguard Agency to protect him because he needed to repair some harvesters in the hostile desert outside Mos Eisley. A spacer working for Peawp R'dawc was therefore tasked to meet the Nikto and protect him at all costs. The spacer escorted Tobo and effectively defended him during subsequent attacks of Tusken Raiders.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

Tobo was a non-player character appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3] Tobo was added to the game with the release of the "Publish 17", on May 26, 2005.[4] He was involved in the quests given by Peawp R'dawc to beginner players who had chosen a "brawler" career.[1] The "brawler" profession was later removed from the game upon the release of the "Publish 25", a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements", on November 15, 2005.[4] Peawp R'dawc's questline was widely revamped and Tobo was removed from these quests.[5]
