Toda-Joh was an Anzellan member of the biker gang known as the Ganguls.[1] When the biker gang expanded into a pirate gang, Toda-Joh remained one of the Ganguls' second-in-command behind his leader Sellaccc Orryak. Toda-Joh used a vibroblade in combat and spoke in a broken form of basic similar to anzellan.[3]
