Toopil was a complex on the planet Rodia that consisted of a cantina, a handful of meeting rooms, a smugglers' den, and dormitories. It also had a private docking bay that was suitable for most light freighters. During his mission to secure weapons for the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Luke Skywalker stayed in a room in Toopil in which he deconstructed the lightsaber of Jedi Knight Huulik.[1]

Toopil was a secret complex on the planet Rodia that was built underneath Utheel Outfitters in the middle of the jungle. Toopil consisted of a cantina, a few meeting rooms, and dormitories for guests. Unlike most of Rodia, the inside of Toopil did not have a strong smell.[1]
