Official description[]

As the Mandalorian searches door to door for Grogu in Moff Gideon's light cruiser he comes across something... unusual. The Stormtroopers are celebrating and handing out candy. Will the Mandalorian be able to find Grogu despite the Halloween festivities?[1]

Plot summary[]

The episode opens with the Slave I pursuing Din Djarin's stolen Lambda-class shuttle through space. While the Slave I tangles with TIE fighters, Djarin flies the shuttle into the frontal launch tube of Moff Gideon's light cruiser. He disembarks the ship, armed with a blaster.

Djarin makes his way to the detention block where he encounters a stormtrooper. The stormtrooper hands him a Halloween pumpkin containing sweets before locking himself back in his cell. Djarin heads to a second cell where he finds several stormtroopers having a party. These are dressed as pirates. After collecting sweets, Djarin heads to a third cell where he finds Moff Gideon with Grogu inside.

Djarin hurls the pumpkin and sweets at Gideon. Before Djarin can rescue Grogu, Gideon fights back with the Darksaber. Grogu eats the sweets while the adults fight. Djarin fights back with his beskar spear. Gideon flees behind a blast door, narrowly avoiding Djarin's spear.

Djarin returns to Grogu's cell, where Grogu has eaten most of the sweets. Grogue is delighted to see him but eyes the last sweet before burping. Djarin sighs in the background.
