Trihexalophine1138 was an experimental Separatist bioweapon that was to be tested on Naboo. It was carried on a Lucrehulk-class Core Ship which was destroyed above the planet Honoghr during a space battle. The resulting crash, coupled with the release of the toxin into the soil, crippled Honoghr's ecosystem. This event paved the way for the forty-year slavery of the Noghri by the Galactic Empire.
Behind the scenes
This is yet another reference to George Lucas' first movie, THX 1138. The name Trihexalophine contains two numerical prefixes. If these are to be taken at face value, the product comes to 18.
