Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

"A Dock[sic]/Desert (caves) planet"
―Ttaz as described in the notes of George Lucas[src]

Ttaz was a planet mentioned during Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back story conferences involving executive producer George Lucas and screenplay writer Leigh Brackett that took place between November 28 and December 2, 1977,[1] though it was never implemented into any drafts. The concept might have evolved into Geonosis,[3] a planet that appeared in the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.[4]
