Ubuuga caviar was a type of food available in the galaxy during the reign of the New Republic. Twelve Imperial crans of the caviar were served at the lavish wedding feast of the Hutt crime lord, Gorga Desilijic Aarrpo and his bride Anachro the H'uun in the year 10 ABY. Due to the food ordered, the feast was incredibly expensive and was paid for by Anachro's father, Orko the H'uun. Ubuuga caviar[1] shared its name with Ubuuga, a world in the Mid Rim.[2]
