A Rodian Darkwalker Underlord
Underlord was the highest title for Black Sun leaders. Dal Perhi was Underlord and later Prince Xizor, when he won this title during competition with Kaird, though he was more commonly known as the Dark Prince. "Underlord" may also have been the title given to all leaders of the criminal syndicate.
Underlord was also a title of the highest rank within the Darkwalkers criminal organization on Naboo.
