The Underworld,[3] also known as the Undercity,[2] was the lower levels of Milvayne City on the planet Milvayne. Individuals who were unwanted in the upper city, or sentenced as criminals by the Milvayne Authority, were thrown down into the Underworld. The survivors lived in poverty as scavengers.[1]
