An individual worked as part of security aboard the First Order Resurgent-class Star Destroyer[1] Thunderer.[2] In 34 ABY,[3] after Resistance operatives Kazuda Xiono and Jarek Yeager escaped from one of the Star Destroyer's hangars, the individual was contacted by[1] First Order Security Bureau[4] Agent Tierny, who informed them of the loose Resistance members on the ship. The agent then gave the individual a Code Red—to lock down all positions—to which the individual responded their understanding of the request.[1]

The security personnel appeared, albeit only through voice, in part two of the two-part episode "The Escape,"[1] the finale of the second season of the animated television series Star Wars Resistance, which aired on January 26, 2020.[5] Their voice actor was uncredited in the episode.[1]
