The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A female Force-sensitive individual who lived during the Republic Era served as a Padawan of the Jedi Order and was assigned to the Jedi Master Dooku for Jedi training. At some point, the Jedi trainee fell to the dark side of the Force and she came to own two identical red-bladed lightsabers with a curved hilt. Sometime later she was eliminated for being an "embarrassment." After her death, her lightsabers remained in Darth Tyranus's possession for years until he gave them both to Asajj Ventress.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

This unidentified Padawan was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the 2020 reference book "Lightsabers and Jedi Equipment," the ninth issue of the Star Wars Encyclopedia book series.[2] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, this Padawan was Komari Vosa, who was first introduced in Jango Fett: Open Seasons 3, the third issue of the Jango Fett: Open Seasons comic series, which was released on July 17, 2002,[3] and later appeared in the 2002 video game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter.[4]

Her lightsabers were given to Asajj Ventress in Chapter 7 of the Star Wars Legends 2003 animated series Star Wars: Clone Wars.[5]

In Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Dooku specifically organizes a competition to hunt her down in order to setup a meeting with Jango Fett that takes place on Kohlma, one of the moons of Bogden, the site of Vosa's headquarters. This meeting allows Dooku the chance to kill Vosa and offer Jango the chance to become the template for the Republic's Clone Army.[4] In the canon continuity, Dooku arranges a similar competition[6] which also leads to a similar conversation between him and Jango Fett on one of the Moons of Bogden.[7]
