In 990 BBY,[2] the pollen from a flower was scattered by the hermit Darovit around the construction site of a monument under construction in the Valley of the Jedi, on the planet Ruusan, to honor the Jedi of the Army of Light. The pollen was pungent, and it attracted tens of thousands of small birds to the site, enough to make further work on the monument impossible for three days.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The flower appeared in the 2007 novel Darth Bane: Rule of Two, written by Drew Karpyshyn as the second installment in the Star Wars: Darth Bane Trilogy series of novels.[1]
