An unidentified Sith Lord of the first Sith Empire was buried in the tomb of Naga Sadow on Korriban. Near the end of the Cold War, the Dark Lord of the Sith known as Darth Baras sent his new apprentice to the tomb in order to retrieve an ancient lightsaber. The apprentice eventually discovered a reliquary that contained the remains of this unidentified Sith clad in an ancient form of armor.[1] After claiming the lightsaber ancient guardians awakened to attack the apprentice but were swiftly defeated.
Behind the scenes[]
As revealed in Tales of the Jedi – The Fall of the Sith Empire 5, the Sith Lord Naga Sadow died in exile on the fourth moon of Yavin Prime,[2] where his body was buried.[3] Whoever he or she was, the Sith buried in the Korriban tomb could not be Sadow himself.
