A pyramidal Sith relic was hidden in the underground Sith temple on the planet Ashas Ree. An immense source of power, the relic was sought by both the scholar Mika Grey and First Order Raiders during the New Republic Era. Grey, intent on keeping the relic away from the First Order, spent two-and-a-half years tracking it down before locating it on Ashas Ree. The Raiders, who sought the relic on behalf of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren, were in pursuit. Grey found the relic in the Sith temple, but was trapped inside after accidentally activating a booby trap protecting the device. She was discovered a few days later by Team Colossus members Kazuda Xiono, CB-23, Eila, and Kel. When the Raider squad subsequently arrived, Grey used the relic to destroy Agent Raith and his team, using up the artifact's power.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The Sith relic appeared in the Star Wars Resistance episode "The Relic Raiders."[1] In the original script, Mika Grey specified that the relic was a very powerful weapon which once belonged to an ancient Sith Lord.[3]
