During the High Republic Era, a Sorcerer of Tund was expelled from the sorcerer order after embracing the dark side of the Force. After becoming an outcast and apostate to his fellow sorcerers, he came to a village on Kiffex and killed many Kiffar using the dark side of the Force. The child Vildar Mac, who later became a Jedi, almost died in the attack.
