A Weequay guard protected the fortress of Gardulla Besadii the Elder on the planet Tatooine.^[2] In 34 ABY,^[1] the guard conversed with Kylo Ren outside the fortress and ordered him to leave unless he wished to be consumed by a rancor. Believing he did not listen, the guard repeated for Ren to leave the premise or he would be killed. Ren proceeded to equip his lightsaber and threw the weapon at the guard, which stabbed them in the chest and killed them.^[2]
