This Devaronian male was a member of Birok's gang in 19 BBY. He was killed along with the other members of the gang by Saesee Tiin, a Jedi. Birok tried to capture Tiin so he could give him over to the Confederacy of Independent Systems, but failed and the Jedi killed his would-be captors.
